Karen has been teaching and dancing for over 22 years! She is specialised in the Biodanza System and is the director of the DANCE YOUR FEELINGS© Biodanza School in Cardiff and Manchester. She has trained and studied extensively with the creator Rolando Toro Araneda.

Karen has honours in Biodanza and the 4 elements, shamanism, Aqua Biodanza, the Legend of the Minotaur, the Tree of the Desires and the Awakening of the Inner Angels - Also the application of Biodanza for children.

Karen is the creator of the Celtic Oracle that offers guidance to all types of people - ask your lifes questions through the cards related to the mysticism of the land, the Spirit of the Faeries. Issues of money, health, love, career or simply what guidance do I need?

She has been dancing with children since she was a little girl! Has taught in various Primary Schools across the country and as a Montessori Teacher too! With children with autism and learning, physical and emotional disabilities.

Karen has taught Biodanza to many schools in London, she was invited to introduce a programme for the National Autisitic Childrens Society, Araas, France, for the Stepping Stones Charity, Dulwich, London. She has piloted many programmes for schools where the results have been incredible! She is invited regularly to teach sessions for the staff of the Touch Trust Charity in Cardiff, Wales, a charity for children and adults with profound disabilities. Also she was invited to give a seminar on the application of Biodanza for children in schools at an International congress in South Africa and in the Biodanza School in London.

Just recently She was invited to teach for the Panamerican Roundtables Alliance in Escobar (see CV) Argentina and the School of La Plata also, for Artists in the Girona Theatre, Argentina. Karen lives in Glastonbury, Somerset.
