1. How much is the delivery cost?
There is an initial cost of £1.50 per order plus a fee for each additional item on top of that. Heavier items will cost more and lighter items will cost less. |

3. How long does it take to deliver?
Delivery is by Royal Mail and takes between 1-5 working days. |

We do not issue refunds on our products, unless they are faulty and we are notified within 3 working days. The buyer is responisble for postage costs to return item/s. All faulty jewellery must be returned by special delivery, as we are not responsible for items lost in the post. |
